Challenge: To successfully merge two companies and accelerate business results across their 400 European stores

How we achieved success: The formation of a new leadership team with a clear, uniting vision that strategically road mapped the future alignment of the company. This led to a successful integration which delivered on the promise of the merger.

Kate King | Founder TTC

Kate founded TTC in 2007 with a mission to be the galvanising force connecting people, performance and profit through the imaginative realignment of leadership thinking and behaviour. She supports leaders and their teams to change so that together they can transform their organisations to be the best they can be.

As well as working with TTC clients, for the last 11 years Kate has worked as an Executive Coach at London Business School on programmes such as Leading Change and Leading Businesses into the Future. She previously held corporate organisation transformation roles, including HR Director and Heads of Learning and Executive Development, for companies such as Selfridges, TJX Corporation and Sally Beauty.

Kate leads a network of highly skilled leadership, team and organisation developers.
